CrossFit Class Schedule (1 hour in length)
Mondays:  6am  9am  12pm  6pm
Tuesdays:  6am  12pm  6pm
Wednesdays:  6am  9am  12pm  6pm
Thursdays:  6am  12pm  6pm
Fridays:  6am  9am  12pm  4:30pm
Saturdays:  9am

Youth Performance Schedule (75 minutes in length)
Mondays - Fridays:  4:30

CrossFit Foundations Schedule
*New Foundations Series starts every 2 weeks. Series consists of 6 classes that must be completed in order.
Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays:  6am  12pm  5:30pm
