Performance Training

At Talon PTR, all athletes develop a foundation of general physical preparedness giving them the ability to perform any and all task demanded of them in their sport.

They will improve in the following ten domains: Cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance. By improving in all 10 areas, the athlete will develop a superior conditioning base of elite status giving them the confidence, power and strength required to excel in their arena.

Why Talon PTR?

Our main priority is the athlete and their power, strength and endurance development. We teach all athletes the Squat, Deadlift , Overhead press, Pushup and Pull-up. From there, we instruct and coach them in all movements that progress from the major lifts; ie: Front Squat, Clean, Clean & Press, Overhead Squat, Push Press, Push Jerk, Sumo Deadlift High Pull. Each session will include a Dynamic warm-up, Speed, Agility and Quickness work, Strength or Skill movement, a WOD and Cool-down.
