There is a correlation between power and strength, the more powerful an athlete becomes carries over to an increase in their vertical, strength & speed. At Talon PT&R, we keep things simple. Our main objective is to improve the athletes’ strength and conditioning using techniques that have been utilized for centuries by renowned coaches in this field. These programs are designed and done safely in an environment that enriches the athlete, improves their athletic abilities and assists in the prevention of injuries. No fancy equipment or bodybuilding style programming. Just development of raw power and strength combined with metabolic conditioning for general physical preparedness.
