The Eagle’s Talon is powerful and strong, exerting 1000 lbs of pressure per square inch. It is the Eagle’s main weapon for hunting and defense. The Talon makes the Eagle a force of nature. At Talon Performance Training and Rehabilitation, we develop and improve the athlete’s power and strength making them a force to be reckoned with in their sport.
Best of luck to all our college athletes/CrossFitters that have left CF Talon’s nest for college, school or upcoming sports season. We are proud of your achievements and wish you all the best that life has to offer each and every one of you.  
Congratulations to Celeste Grubbs on her 6th place finish at the AAU National Championship in the Steeple Chase Event.    
This past weekend, 8/20/11, Team CF Talon competed at the S.O.T.F. and had a successful and enjoyable day. With four Newbies to the sport, our group finished with 1st, 2nd, 3rd  and 6th place victories in the Male Scaled division, 2nd place in the Female Scaled division and 9th in the Masters division.
Congratulations to Suzie Pettey , Suzie placed 16th overall out of a pool of 398 in a five state region with 60 female athletes going to the Regional stage of the Reebok CrossFit 2011 Games.
